1289cc cylinder head studs kit (V85)

Set of studs, washers and bolts for the 1289cc cylinder head (Alpine A110 V85)
This kit has been specially developped for our inlet manifold, and most of the parts have been machined for easement / efficiency of fitting.
This kit accomodates original and sport inlet / exhaust manifolds and corrects the common problem of tightening / etancheity when using an horizontal carb inlet manifold.

Contains:

• • 4 stainless steel studs 46.5 mm long
  • 2 stainless steel studs 43 mm long
  • 2 conical stainless steel studs 58 mm long (one end M8 and the other end M7 tread)
  • 2 step washers 10mm in height and milled with a step at one end (to accomodate difference of thickness with exhaust manifold)
  • 4 stainless steel 3mm thickness washers
  • 2 narrow stainless steel 2.5mm thickness washers
  • 2 flat washers in order to be compatible with the original inlet manifold
  • 4 thermag self locking M8 nuts.
  • 2 stainless steel nuts M7 for 10mm spanner
  • 2 stainless steel nuts M8 for 11mm spanner
  • 1 small pack of ceramic heat resistant grease
