Made of 18CrNiMo7-6 (1.6587) steel
CNC machined in order to obtain tight tolerances and a good surface finish
Identical to the original part from dimensions perspective
Multiple heat treatments in order to obtain the right toughness and properties
After each treatment, the shaft is straightened (small marks on the shaft due to clamps, without any mechanical issue)
Precision grinded bearing surface
Rubber stoppers at the gearbox side
Delivered in wooden boxes and covered with rust inhibitor protective sleeves.
